Establishing company culture and brand through video

At the root of every successful company is its culture and brand. When you are selling your products and/or services to your customer base you want to build their confidence that in turn delivers repeat sales and recommendations or referrals. The best way of achieving this is to become one of the best employers. If your staff members are treated well and are happy, they are more likely to build a positive company culture that leads to long serving employees and this will attract a loyal customer base.


We recently produced a human resources video for Bartle & Gibson — western Canada’s leading supplier of plumbing, heating and electrical products. They are using the video to help them attract new employees through demonstrating their company culture and family environment.
